Apple Pie Saturday

Here is the result of a lazy Saturday afternoon in Mongu, Zambia.  With not much to do here for entertainment, I have started to bake more and get more adventurous in my cooking.  We're letting the apple pie cool right now and soon, it will be gone!  Then I will be off to my next culinary adventure!
